During this time we have sold thousands of books to Canada, USA and overseas, and our feedback rating is 100% across the board.

Alibris.com rates us as Reliability: Excellent(excellent) and our Amazon. ca customers give us a rating of 100% positive, without exception.

Our policy is: treat our customers the way we would like to be treated: honestly, courteously, efficiently. We provide an immediate and very personal service through all phases of the transaction:

When we receive an order we respond immediately by email, confirming the order. We send another email, on the same or the next day, when we ship your book.  On request, we will provide you with the tracking number of the shipment (if available), so you can follow its progress.

If you have any questions, we respond immediately with the information you requested and follow up any problems that may have come up (none so far!).
